Remediation Supervisor

Seeking an experienced Remediation Supervisor to oversee asbestos abatement projects and supervise labor crews. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in remediation, construction, and labor management.

• Direct and supervise project-assigned labor forces to ensure competent completion of duties.
• Manage project personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to minimize unnecessary costs.
• Enforce project scope-of-work and ensure compliance with contract documents, project schedules, and corporate policies.
• Work safely and ensure crew safety during all phases of project duties.
• Ability to perform work in varying environments and conditions.
• Must be able to understand and comply with company and client safety standards.

Requirements

• Successful work experience in asbestos, remediation, and general construction.
• Remediation training and/or certification preferred.
• Experience supervising labor crews.
• Proficiency driving box trucks and/or driving pick-up trucks with trailers as needed.
• Must be willing and able to work a variable schedule, including overtime, night, and weekend hours.
• Willing to travel.
• MUST have a valid DL with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to/from work.
• MUST be able to clear background check processes required to gain access to job sites.
