Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team at Baptist Health. As a Respiratory Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Respiratory Care to patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct critical care and general patient care assignments, utilizing your expertise in Respiratory Care and Electrodiagnostic practices.
  • May provide direction and guidance to RCP I's and II's.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid KBRC license.
  • RRT or eligible certification.
  • Current CPR card.
  • Completion of ACLS, PALS, and NRP within the first year of employment.
