Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor at Mountainside Treatment Center is responsible for ensuring staff productivity and efficient task completion. They will manage cleaning supplies inventory, maintain equipment usage, and assist or cover areas to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage housekeeping staff and ensure high cleanliness standards
• Coordinate and oversee special cleaning projects
• Assist in staff training and onboarding
• Monitor and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
• Ensure Mountainside standards of cleaning and daily inspections are maintained

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years continuous experience in housekeeping/cleaning required
• 2 years Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe, and internet applications
