Job Title: Clinical Resource Coordinator

This position is a vital part of the Saint Francis Health System team, playing a key role in ensuring the best possible care for our patients. As a Clinical Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for gathering and preparing clinical information needed to obtain authorization within review intervals.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather and prepare clinical/treatment information for authorization.
  • Participate in treatment teams and patient care committees to provide information about eligibility, benefits, and criteria for level of care.
  • Assist with discharge planning as needed.
  • Identify quality improvement triggers and report them to the UM Manager and clinicians.

Requirements:
  • Valid multi-state or Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in an acute care setting.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
