Dialysis Nurse Specialist

At US Renal Care, you'll be part of a collaborative team working under the supervision of a Charge Nurse to deliver exceptional care to patients with kidney disease.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality dialysis treatment to patients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
• Conduct thorough physical assessments before and after treatments, documenting all findings and monitoring patients during treatment.
• Administer medications according to physician orders and review patient medication profiles monthly to ensure quality renal care.
Collaborative Teamwork:
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient assessment and care planning activities.
• Ensure center staffing requirements are met at all times under the direction of the Administrator and according to state regulations for staffing ratios.
Safety and Quality:
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
• Participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings to stay up-to-date on best practices in renal care.
