Beacon is currently seeking a Logistics Specialist to join their team. This role will involve delivering building materials to customers locally, ensuring safety policies and regulations are adhered to and understood.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They should also have basic knowledge of truck operations and maintenance.

In this role, you will be responsible for pre-inspecting the truck, loading it with materials, and verifying the load for accuracy. You will also set up job perimeters and inspect the site to ensure a safe environment for unloading.

Beyond these tasks, you will be expected to communicate regularly with dispatchers to ensure timely product delivery at the job site.

Requirements
  • Must have a valid CDL license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Basic knowledge of truck operations and maintenance
  • Excellent communication skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience.
