Responsibilities

Supervise and Plan Work for Assigned Staff – Provide technical assistance and support to team members, ensuring the success of our fiscal operations.

Provide Training and Development Opportunities – Informal and formal training as needed, to help team members grow and develop their skills.

Prepare Performance Evaluations and Feedback – Assess the performance of team members and provide constructive feedback for growth and improvement.

Manage the Annual Operating Budget (AOB) – Supervise the AOB and amendment process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

Ensure Budgetary Compliance – Monitor multiple funding streams, major federal programs/grants, and ensure budget analyst performs monthly and quarterly budget meetings.

Complete Special Projects and Perform Other Duties – Collaborate with the team to complete special assignments and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Associate degree in accounting, business/public administration, or finance from an accredited college or university, and four (4) years of fiscal analysis job-related experience; or Two (2) years of experience at the lower level Budget Analyst 2 (FIP011) or equivalent position.
