Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender Assistant to join our team at Mad Nice. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for executing set standards of service, ensuring our guests have the best possible experience, and contributing to the efficient day-to-day operations of the bar.

Responsibilities

  • Execute set standards of service to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the bar area, including restocking and cleaning
  • Deliver food and drinks to guests in accordance with Heirloom Standards
  • Assist the support team as needed
  • Understand the importance of community outreach and contributing to the neighborhood

Requirements

  • Ability to follow and execute steps of service
  • Drive to be organized
  • Ability to maintain menu knowledge, including recipes and product recognition
  • Understanding of anticipatory service
  • Restocking bar essentials and maintaining cleanliness at the bar
