About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restoration Supervisor to join our team at SERVPRO of Southwest Portland. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and performing restoration work activities to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute production processes according to schedules while maintaining quality control standards.
  • Foster exceptional customer experiences and track customer satisfaction through online reviews.
  • Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and oversee their activities.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed job files to support provided services.
  • Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with restoration project managers and office staff on project progress and issues.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA guidelines for job safety.
  • Effectively manage assets by protecting and utilizing equipment and materials properly.
  • Provide coaching and training to restoration technicians.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • At least one year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
  • IICRC certification is a plus but not required.
Competencies and Physical Demands

The ideal candidate will have the ability to:

  • Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces (i.e., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Work with/around cleaning agents.
  • Successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
