Warehouse Coordinator Job Opportunity in Eloy, AZ

We are Olam Agri Americas, Inc., a leading global supply chain management company of agriculture commodities for feed and fiber. Our team is seeking a self-motivated individual for a Warehouse Coordinator position in our Eloy Warehouse team located in Eloy, Arizona.

About the Role

This role will report to the Warehouse Manager and involve processing daily warehouse activity in internal systems, including issuing and cancelling receipts, scheduling loads, and importing orders. You will also prepare documentation for all inbound and outbound transports, work with local and corporate Logistics teams, and assist with research and correction of any inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities:
  • Process daily warehouse activities in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage documents for all inbound and outbound transports, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with Logistics teams to coordinate transportation and ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and performing other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location of Eloy, AZ.
