Job Title: Director of Implementation and Customer Success

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Manager to join our team at Prime Robotics. As a Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our warehouse automation solutions delivery and support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all current and future implementations of warehouse automation solutions for clients.
  • Use project management methods to organize work and team to achieve goals.
  • Lead the team by facilitating delivery of daily and weekly goals.
  • Capture detailed customer requirements and interface closely with Engineering to create estimates.
  • Negotiate with existing customers and define change requests to improve customer systems.
  • Work with Sales team to take over once contract is signed to drive implementation.
  • Lead the support organization to identify improvements to send to the engineering team.
  • Operational support of customer issues and link delivery to strategy.
  • Understand business value of technology and draft or update business cases.
  • Apply technical project management including experience managing launch readiness and transition to support.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Program Management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with warehouse automation and creating/changing SOW's and contracts.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Designing and implementing consulting methodologies to create repeatable engagements.
  • This role will require travel up to 70% of the time.
