$24.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Travel LPN. This role involves providing care to residents at various locations within a 150-mile radius from their home address, focusing on their physical and psychosocial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications as ordered by physicians or advanced practice providers.
  • Document resident interactions, outcomes, and care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals in an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
  • Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • An Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 months of previous experience in Long Term Care, preferably 6 months.
  • An unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges.
