Job Overview

BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate In-Home Caregiver to provide care and support to clients in Dawsonville. This is an immediate need for 12 day and night shifts, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life.

About the Role

As an In-Home Caregiver with BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing assistance with daily tasks, including feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, grooming, light housework, toileting assistance, and showering assistance. We provide our caregivers with the highest level of training, as well as necessary personal protective equipment, ensuring they feel confident and safe when caring for their clients.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated $14-$15 per hour based on location and experience. Our caregivers also receive weekly pay, paid orientation, and additional training opportunities. As a valued member of our team, you will be eligible for bonuses, including a $200 referral bonus, $400 onboarding bonus, and $125 retention bonus.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for delivering exceptional care and compassion to our clients. You will also need to possess TB clearance and be willing to undergo CPR, First Aid, and AED training provided by us.
