About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Ecommerce professional to drive our digital commerce strategy and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As Vice President, Ecommerce, you'll lead the vision and execution of our Ecommerce channel, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Ecommerce strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Oversee the holistic Ecommerce customer experience and larger brand ecosystem
  • Lead the Ecommerce team to manage digital media and drive business goals
  • Partner with the Data & Analytics team to identify high-value customer segments and build personalized communications
  • Collaborate with the VP, Technology to develop clear Ecommerce and marketing business cases and optimize our technology stack
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in global Ecommerce and/or digital marketing in high-growth companies
  • High business acumen with expertise leading an Ecommerce growth business
  • Deep experience across channel marketing, growth marketing, digital & content marketing, site experience, customer marketing, marketing automation & technology
  • Proven track record of innovation, growth, and execution across growth marketing, demand generation, and digital marketing
  • Experience with analytics tools, audience tools, retention tools, and paid media partners

Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
