Catering Supervisor

White Horse Village is seeking a skilled Catering Supervisor to oversee and organize all catering events. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients and employees during events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.

Duties:

• Manage and coordinate catering events, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to optimize catering processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of catering schedules, inventory levels, and event details.
• Ensure all work areas are sanitized and meet health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in the food service industry.
• 3+ years of experience in food service, with a strong understanding of catering operations and customer service principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
• Vaccinated against COVID-19 and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
