Job Title: Customer Experience Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Designer to join our team at Graham. As a Customer Experience Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing user experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conceptualize and design user experiences that meet the needs of our customers
* Direct teams on best user experience practices
* Provide relevant insight into human behavior to shape customer experience
* Articulate data-driven decisions and champion user experience work with designers
* Support the development of strategy to bring the vision of an integrated customer experience together

Requirements:

* BS/BA degree or formal training in design
* Approximately 6 years of experience in a related field
* Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
* Friendly and personable with excellent telephone etiquette

Physical Demands:

This position routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as laptops, computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds. This position is generally performed in a professional office setting; 70% sitting, 20% standing, and 10% walking.
