Overview

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients recovering from anesthesia.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is up to $25,000 per year, based on relevant experience. Additionally, DMC offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as an employee assistance program.

Job Description

As a RN in the PACU, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized care to patients recovering from anesthesia
  • Monitoring patient progress and preparing them for discharge
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A BSN degree or equivalent experience
  • Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan
  • Current ACLS certification
