Compensation and Benefits
We are pleased to offer an attractive salary package for the successful candidate. This comprehensive compensation plan includes:
- A guaranteed salary based on experience, reflecting the physician's clinical and leadership skills
- A $100,000 recruitment bonus for candidates relocating from outside partnerships within the current county range
- Lodge transitional accommodations for up to 6 months, if needed
- CME: $5,000 for 8 days to support ongoing professional development
- PTO: 168 hours per year, plus 8 paid holidays and 24 hours of sick time, ensuring a healthy work-life balance
Responsibilities and Facility Details
In this role, the successful candidate will serve as a Primary Care Physician and Clinic Medical Director, working Monday-Friday with no on-call responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling typical outpatient bread-and-butter cases, without pressure to produce RVUs.
Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Clinical experience as a Family Medicine Physician
- Leadership experience, preferably in a medical setting
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) with relevant Board Certification
- A valid California medical license with no restrictions
