Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Clinical Decision Unit at Kadlec Regional Medical Center.

This role involves delivering world-class health with human connection, providing exceptional care to patients, and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for nursing, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct patient care, assess patients' needs, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington upon hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Minimum 1 year of acute care experience, preferably in a critical care setting.
