**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate patient care and develop individualized plans of care
* Lead and manage nursing teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care

* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

**Requirements:**

* Graduate of a State-approved School of Nursing
* Current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the state of practice
* Five to seven years work experience in a hospital setting
* Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card
* ACLS and PALS certifications
