Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver for Seniors to join our team at Regency Pullman. As a medication aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our senior residents by providing personal services, medication assistance, and social-recreational activities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have six months of experience in senior caregiving or med pass. You should also be able to obtain CPR/BLS certification and compose reports in English.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Completing nursing treatments and monitoring residents' vital signs
  • Maintaining medication/treatment records, complying with regulatory, OSHA, and incident reporting guidelines
  • Communicating with physician, pharmacy, and family as indicated to assure medications are received promptly
  • Storing medications and equipment and keeping the medication room clean and orderly
  • Following the resident service plan, including assistance, bathing, grooming, administering medication, and other activities of daily living (ADLs), noting changes in the resident condition
  • Demonstrating knowledge of and following infection control procedures

Salary Information
