We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off.

About the Role

">

As a Registered Nurse with Astria Health, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to manage and coordinate the interdisciplinary care of patients of all ages, adult and geriatric. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating direct patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act">
  • Providing daily shift rounds and communicating with the nursing staff to ensure patient care needs are met">
  • Assisting nursing staff in the delivery of patient care, as needed, by interpreting and enforcing standards">
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance department and hospital goals">
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance with applicable standards">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • ">
  • A graduate degree from an accredited nursing program">
  • A current RN license in the state of Washington">
  • Current BLS certification">
  • ACLS certification within 3 months of hire">
  • ENCP or PALS certification within 6 months of hire">
  • TNCC certification within 1 year of hire">
  • Oral and written fluency in the English language">
