Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-time Teller at our White Hills branch in Shelton, CT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, within established authority limits.
  • Proactively offer solutions and promote the complete line of deposit products and related services to customers, identifying new sales opportunities and referring customers to the appropriate sales representative as needed.
  • Perform daily customer maintenance tasks, such as address changes and check ordering, and assist Branch Management with administrative duties as required.
  • Meet the Bank's volunteer specifications and participate in community activities as necessary.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to work weekends and extended hours, with regular and reliable attendance.
