The Respiratory Therapy Team Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily clinical operations of respiratory care services throughout Riverside Health System.

This position requires a strong clinical leader to serve as a resource to team members and physicians, driving improved patient care outcomes and ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, regulatory, and accreditation standards.

The ideal candidate will possess intermediate to advanced technical knowledge and clinical competence in Respiratory Therapy, with a proven ability to address staff concerns, provide resources, and follow-through.

Responsibilities include building credibility with multidisciplinary staff and physicians, promoting and assisting in improving policies and protocols to maintain and inspire independent critical thinking skills, and holding self and others accountable in delivering comprehensive, quality, and personal patient/customer care needs.

Qualifications include an Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy/Science, with a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or Health/Business Administration preferred. A minimum of 3-4 years of progressive clinical or leadership experience as a respiratory therapist is required, along with relevant licenses and certifications.
