Keyholder Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Keyholder to join our team at Once Upon A Child Robinson. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for assisting customers, tagging and hanging inventory, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent customer service
• Tag and hang inventory, including clothing, toys, and furniture
• Handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
