The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cosmetology principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the salon manager in day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the salon manager in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for increasing sales and revenue
  • Provide guidance and support to senior stylists and junior staff members
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • 2+ years of experience in a salon or related field
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
