Job Summary

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join their team on a travel assignment in Oregon.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
  • Assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities, and develop individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify patients' needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a COTA or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
