Customer Service Ambassador

At Hilton Garden Inn Tuscaloosa, AL, we are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, performing check-in and check-out procedures, and following all cash and credit card procedures required by hotel and brand standard. You will also be responsible for checking house count, reviewing credit limit exception reports, and updating housekeeping room status. Additionally, you will balance departments from daily activity reports and perform cashier shift changes when cash is in balance. Your ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential to our team's success. Requirements
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• One year hospitality experience required
• Customer service experience required
• Experience handling cash and credit card procedures
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of the hotel layout, all amenities offered, and all procedures & organization
• Knowledge of local geographic area knowledge, area businesses & services, major highway/street information, and community events & attractions
