Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary, which ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as performance and location. About the Role

This role will lead the development and implementation of mobile advertising strategies for Zillow's iOS and Android apps. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in digital media, with a focus on building ad technology products with agile product development or ad operations. A strong understanding of mobile attribution and ad performance measurement is essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to clearly define product objectives, estimated impact, and success metrics that align to business strategy and product vision.

  • Develop and execute mobile advertising strategies that drive engagement and conversion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective ad delivery
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize ad performance
  • Communicate plans, status, and outcomes regularly with stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in digital media
  • A strong understanding of mobile attribution and ad performance measurement
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a technical/analytical field, or equivalent tech work experience
