Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Extern II to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Assist in coordinating the patient's interdisciplinary plan of care.
- Provide patient and family teaching, utilizing an age-specific developmental approach.
- Maintain standards of professional nursing practice and collaborate with the healthcare team to promote quality care.
- Perform Unit Secretary or Clinical Technician duties as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
