Job Summary:


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Restaurant Expeditor Assistant to join our team. As a Restaurant Expeditor Assistant, you will be responsible for serving customers their meals and drinks in an efficient manner, communicating food orders to the kitchen staff, refilling drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. If you possess a friendly and outgoing personality, are able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong desire to succeed in the hospitality industry, we encourage you to apply.


Responsibilities:



  • Serve customers their meals and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.


  • Communicate food orders to the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery.


  • Refill drinks and maintain a clean and organized dining area.


  • Wipe down tables, chairs, and other surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.


  • Remove tablecloths and reset tables to prepare for the next customers.


  • Remove dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables and transport them to the dishwashing area.


  • Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.



Qualifications:


To be successful as a Restaurant Expeditor Assistant, you will need to have:



  • Some Restaurant experience required.



    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


    • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.


    • Friendly and outgoing personality.


    • Availability to work evening and weekend shifts.



Estimated Salary Range: $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
