Mortgage Loan Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Coordinator to join our team at Jobot. As a Mortgage Loan Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying mortgage applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review mortgage applications to ensure all required information and documentation are provided
• Verify applicant information, including employment history, income, credit reports, and property details
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other parties to obtain any additional documentation or clarification as needed
• Prepare and submit mortgage files to underwriting for approval, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Coordinate with appraisers, title companies, insurance agents, and other third-party vendors to obtain necessary reports and documentation
• Update loan processing software with accurate and up-to-date information throughout the mortgage approval process
• Follow up with borrowers and other parties to ensure timely completion of required tasks and to address any concerns or issues that arise
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies or problems with mortgage applications or documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all applicant information and documentation
• Stay informed about changes in mortgage regulations, guidelines, and industry trends

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. You should also have excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other parties.

Salary Range:$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
