Job Description

We are seeking a skilled TIG welder to join our team at Aerotek, a leading provider of workforce solutions. As a welder in our final assembly department, you will be responsible for fabricating parts that have been machined or cut to size.

You will work with a team of 10 other welders, using a variety of hand tools and equipment to finish rough edges on newly stamped or formed stainless steel or aluminum. The role involves 95% TIG welding and 5% MIG welding, with a focus on horizontal TIG welds.

Reading blueprints is essential, as each job is client-specific for short-run production or single jobs. You will also use a tube bender, drill press, and saw to help create the necessary parts.
