Aspirus Wausau Hospital, a Level II trauma center in northern Wisconsin, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join its team. With over 14,000 admissions annually and 50,000 outpatient visits, this hospital provides primary, secondary, and tertiary care services as a regional referral center.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care that incorporates evidence-based practice. A key aspect of the job is continually improving the quality of nursing care by collecting and analyzing data.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth and professional development. Our benefits package includes full-time status with PTO accrual from day one, a generous retirement plan with match, and a wellness program for employees and their families.
This role requires a strong knowledge of patient care standards and practices, typically acquired through completion of a nursing program. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred, and previous experience is beneficial. The ideal candidate will possess an active Wisconsin RN nursing license and maintain specialty certification requirements specific to the department scope of service.
