Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing all Sales processes and working with the SVP Operations to manage branch operations. The General Manager will oversee all staff, budgets, and operations of the local business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth within the market
    • Establish goals and targets for the sales team and create programs to motivate them
  • Customer and Account Retention
    • Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and accounts
    • Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the daily workflow of the branch, including sales, operations, and customer service
    • Manage budgets and ensure financial performance meets company expectations
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and training to ensure success
    • Identify and develop future leaders within the organization

Requirements

  • Education and Work Experience
    • Branch management experience required
    • Minimum 4 years of operations management experience required
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of sales growth and customer retention
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
