Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of operational, sales, and merchandising objectives
  • Deliver a Legendary Customer Experience through GURA (Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask, and Appreciate)
  • Uphold and promote a safe and productive work environment
  • Perform a combination of duties, including merchandising, opening and closing procedures, and customer service
  • Assist Team Members on the application of policies and procedures
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of birds and maintain poultry holding tanks
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills and ability to read, write, and count accurately
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict
Working Conditions

The working environment is favorable, generally working inside with moderate noise. Work shifts vary from one store to another, but generally are no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours. Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions.
