You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and continuity.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct physical exams and comprehensive health assessments
* Record medical histories and conduct selective diagnostic tests
* Provide diagnosis, medical consultation, and basic healthcare treatment to employees
* Work in collaboration with other healthcare providers to determine the best treatment options
* Develop and implement health promotion, illness prevention, and therapeutic plans
* Act as a liaison by relaying information necessary for continuity of care to other health professionals and agencies
* Initiate treatment for patients with commonly occurring health problems
* Provide anticipatory guidance, screening, and health education to patients
* Monitor patients with stabilized long-term or chronic illness
* Assist in developing and implementing onsite educational programs
* Educate patients/employees about preventative care and prescribed treatments
* Refer injured employees to approved workers' compensation physicians for treatment and monitoring
* Develop or lead training sessions on topics such as infectious diseases, chemical exposure, and the use of personal protective equipment
* Document training efforts and evaluate effectiveness of programs
* Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) activities

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
* Two years' technical experience in related field: Preferred
* Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in state of practice: Required
* Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice: Required

Additional Information:

* The estimated base pay for this position is $132,384 to $198,577. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through years of experience, differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc.
* A comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
