Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise AI Program Manager to support our government offering, specifically US Government customers such as the military and national security. As a key member of our team, you will work with technical and senior leadership across the program to ensure our government solution meets the highest technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Roadmap Development: Define and implement technical roadmaps aligned with customer use cases.
  • Project Management: Develop comprehensive roadmaps and manage multiple tasks with varying priorities.
  • Solution Provisioning: Specify and implement provisioning, management, and monitoring solutions tailored to unique security and cyber requirements of diverse government customers.
  • Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee the entire lifecycle of these solutions, from initial technical program review to installation, deployment, and expanded usage.
  • Product Enhancements: Propose and champion enhancements to the LILT product roadmap that enhance government user utility and satisfaction.
  • Customer Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for government customers, collaborating with external teams, partners, and subcontractors to identify and mitigate programmatic risks, ensuring the achievement of established goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computational Linguistics or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in technical product or program management.
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with research and engineering teams.
  • 3+ years of experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience with program management software (e.g. JIRA) and content collaboration software (e.g. Confluence, Notion).
  • In-depth understanding of DoD/IC cyber and security standards, practices, and assessments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and flexible time off. In addition, LILT provides a monthly lifestyle benefit stipend via the Fringe platform to allow employees to customize benefits to their lifestyle.
