Purpose:
As a Speech Language Pathologist in our Infant Development Program, you will provide high-quality speech and language services to infants and their families. Your expertise will help identify and address communication disorders, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our young patients.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each infant.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for families.

Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders and develop effective treatment strategies.

Provide education and training to families on communication development and strategies to support their child's growth.

Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in speech and language development, incorporating this knowledge into your practice.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care and service delivery.

Adhere to and support the organizational policies, procedures, and mission, including the Corporate Compliance Program and its Code of Conduct and HIPAA regulations.

Provide excellent customer service, characterized by caring, concern, and support for the public, supervisors, employees, and coworkers.

EDUCATIONAL/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or meet the educational requirements for certification and be in the process of completing the Clinical Fellowship year.

Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.

Speech Pathologist license required for the state in which you provide services.

Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal.

Act 33 with renewal.

Act 34 with renewal.

Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal.
