Position Summary:

">

We're seeking a current CADC-R certification holder who is on track to completing their certification requirements for our Outpatient Counselor Assistant role.

">

Counselor Assistants provide essential clinical support for our clients and certified clinicians, including treatment group coverage, client education, clerical tasks, and health records management. This role supports the growth and development of our behavioral health programs.

Work Environment:

This position is located at the Willamette Family Downtown Treatment Center in Eugene, Oregon, with a regular schedule from Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 8:30 PM.

This full-time hourly role offers $20.00 per hour, non-exempt, with benefits that include:

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Be actively working towards CADC-R certification through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO)">
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent">
  • Pass a background check conducted by the Department of Human Services Background Check Unit">
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening">
