About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will have a commitment to leveraging diversity and inclusion in support of quality care. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assist providers to ensure quality/cost-effective service and care for patients within the cardiac population.
  • Serve as a leader of the healthcare team by establishing authentic personalized relationships with patients and their support systems.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care that promote optimal health or support peaceful death.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A current RN license in the appropriate state.
  • Experience in telemetry, CCU, cardiac step-down unit, and physician practice environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
