At Lane Powell, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Associate to join our team in Anchorage.

This role involves assisting with all aspects of litigation, including developing case strategies, participating in hearings in federal and state courts, and handling arbitration proceedings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing case strategies to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
  • Participating in hearings and trials in federal and state courts.
  • Handling arbitration proceedings and other alternative dispute resolution methods.

The ideal candidate will have excellent research, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, including public speaking. Experience managing cases and projects with minimal oversight is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000-$200,000 depending on experience, as well as incentive and/or merit bonuses annually.
