We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dartmouth Medical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you'll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them navigate their care journey. Your role will involve providing venipuncture, dispensary responsibilities, and other clinical support services, ensuring seamless interactions with our patients and staff.

You will be an ambassador for patients in office, utilizing your mastery of human connection and strong drive for service to remove barriers to care and deliver a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. This includes active daily management, scheduling, inventory, and facilities support. You will be the steward of the office space, ensuring it aligns with our brand values and provides a welcoming environment for patients and staff alike.

As a medical professional, you will combine excellent specimen collection techniques with tactful interpersonal skills during every interaction with patients. Your ability to display confidence and instill trust during the collection process while delivering individualized, human-centered care is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of a training or externship environment. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with proficiency in computer technology, such as typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously.
