Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Solar Panel Installation Specialist to join our team at M. A. Mortenson. This role involves assisting the electrical team with tasks on utility scale solar projects, prioritizing safety and understanding electrical safety regulations.

About the Role

As an Electrical Solar Panel Installation Specialist, you will train under a journey-level solar electrician to learn the job skills required for this position. Key responsibilities include installing new solar panels, maintaining existing equipment, working under immediate supervision, building relationships with diverse backgrounds, and performing other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

A relevant experience is preferred, while an electrical apprenticeship is also beneficial. A current driver's license is desired but not mandatory.
