Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Deliver unparalleled value, excellent service, and provide a positive client experience through proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Business Development: Assist the Branch Manager and sales staff in meeting client needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Client Support: Receive and process client requests, including check disbursements, new account processing, and security deposits, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders through effective communication, active listening, and a customer-centric approach.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Licenses: Valid and active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (may be obtained under a condition of employment).
  • Experience: Minimum 12 months in a client service industry, with a basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts.
  • Skills: Demonstrated experience handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacy, outstanding written and oral communication skills, ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, and ability to manage multiple client situations, needs, and inquiries simultaneously.
