Job Title: Dietitian Consultant for Senior Living Communities

Crandall Corporate Dietitians is seeking a part-time Dietitian Consultant to provide quarterly audits and services to Assisted Living Communities. As a key member of our dietary team, you will work with senior living communities to enhance the resident's food and nutrition experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide dietary services following state and federal laws and regulations
  • Quality and regulatory assurance review/audits of Food/Nutrition Services, sanitation, food storage, preparation, and dining services
  • Nutrition education and in-service training for staff development and regulatory compliance
  • Implementation of the plan of corrections
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field
  • Must be a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and provide annual verification
  • State Dietary License if required by state
  • Maintain current licensure as required by State law
  • COVID-19 Vaccination or medical/religious exemption per state/corporation guidelines
  • Current TB Test
  • Must carry liability insurance as a contractor
