About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Regional Medical Center of Memphis.
Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with healthcare teams, and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).RN licensure in the state of Tennessee (or eligible for compact licensure).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.1+ years of experience in an acute care setting.Benefits:
