Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Financial Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting project financial status, ensuring compliance with local, state, and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting
    • Facilitate effective and efficient financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of project financial status.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Direct fiscal operations relating to financial planning, funds management, accounting, and disbursement.
  • Project Budgeting and Forecasting
    • Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cash flows across multiple funding streams, communicating the contract's financial position to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as accounting or finance, and 3+ years of working in an accounting role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
