We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at New Wave Global. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the optimal performance of our machinery and equipment.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our production facility. As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and monitoring equipment, as well as conducting repairs and replacements.

You will work closely with machine operators to troubleshoot malfunctions and facilitate prompt repairs. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will enable you to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test equipment to ensure it is functioning properly
  • Conduct repairs and replacements as needed
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions and communicate effectively with machine operators
  • Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 3+ years of experience in mechanical/maintenance in a manufacturing environment. A minimum of a high school education or its equivalent is also required.

You must be flexible to work Shift Work (days, afternoons, nights) and possess excellent communication skills. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential.

Benefits

We offer competitive pay ranging from $28.00 to $33.00 per hour, along with health, dental, and vision coverage. You will also receive product samples for employee household use and have access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
