We are seeking a skilled Desktop Administration-WOS professional to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows operating systems and be able to perform troubleshooting, system upgrades, and repair on desktops, notebooks, and printers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic principles, methods, technologies, and practices for the professional field.
  • Handle detailed problems requiring standard solutions.
  • Provide technical feedback on technical process issues to improve overall service delivery.
  • May act as team lead at times and coach team members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in Windows operating system environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience Linux/Unix operating systems.
